Tasting Notes

Ripe ruby red, on the nose it expresses notes of red fruit joined by spices and officinal and delicately spiced herbs. Full-bodied and satisfying, on the palate it shows excellent structure and harmony, smooth and agile at the same time.

Pairing

For the whole meal, it goes well with stews and braised meats with polenta, crusted fillet, quail, sliced beef with porcini mushrooms, lamb ribs and medium-aged cheeses.
