My order was damaged in the mail. How do I go about returning it and requesting a refund?
Our shipping company uses extreme caution when handling merchandise to be sent to Tannico members. If, for whatever reason, you’ve received damaged goods, please contact our customer care department immediately at info@tannico.com and explain to us what happened. Our customer care agents will take care in answering you as quickly as possible.
In the event of reception of damaged goods, we might request that you send them back to us along with a photo sent by e-mail so that we can avoid future inconveniences of the like.
The wine I purchased is not to my liking. How do I go about returning it and requesting a refund?

Can I modify my shipping address?
Once your order is complete you can no longer modify your shipping address. However, if you have yet to order, you can change your shipping address whenever necessary. Simply click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be redirected to a page featuring your personal information that you can change at your own discretion.

On Tannico we accept PayPal and all main credit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Poste Pay.

If you’ve requested a receipt upon purchase, please head to “My Account” where you will find a PDF format of the receipt available for download next to each purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Receipts are available approximately 10 days after your order has been shipped. Please take note of your date of purchase to know when your receipt will be available.
When will I receive my purchase?
Shipping times vary according to the wine producer and the number of orders per producer. If all products added to your cart feature the “In stock” label, then your order will be shipped within 24 business hours. Otherwise, you will see the expected delivery date before finalizing your purchase.

What happens if my wine tastes of cork?
Although this is a very rare occurrence (less than 0.5% of wines), certain wines can sometimes taste of cork. If this unfortunately happens to be the case for you, please write to us at info@tannico.com and we will get back to you immediately.
