Shipping & Delivery

A fixed shipping fee of $6.95 applies on all orders. Free shipping on orders $219 or more. Shipping times depends on the wines chosen. If you’ve only added products labelled “ships now” to your cart, then your order will be shipped within 24 business hours. To track your order, head to the “My Orders” section of your account’s dropdown menu. You can track your order from the wine producer’s cellar all the way to your very own. Your shipping address cannot be modified once your order is complete. However, if your order has yet to be shipped, you may correct or modify the shipping address. To do so, simply click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will take you to a page featuring your personal information where you may make the necessary changes.

All personal payment information is encrypted to ensure maximum data protection and security. Furthermore personal information is protected against all types of fraud.

Return Policy

If, for whatever reason, you should receive a damaged bottle, please contact our customer care department at info@tannico.com explaing the nature of the damage. Our customer care agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the event of broken or damaged goods, we might request that you send us the bottle by mail and/or an image of it along with a description of the damage by e-mail, such that we might prevent future inconveniences of the like. If you wish to receive a refund for damaged merchandise or products that didn’t meet your expectations, we ask that you follow these steps:

- Send your request for refund along with a brief explanation within 14 days from receipt of your order. 

- Send the damaged goods to the following address within 14 days from the request for refund:
