Tasting Notes

This straw-coloured bubbly features a delicate yet persistent effervescence and boasts refreshing floral aromas with a delightful fruity note that recalls the scent of apple and pear. Whereas in the mouth, its freshness and fragrance are supported by a good mineral quality and delicate hints of fruit. It closes on a warm note of crusty country bread.
