Bibi Graetz

Castello di Vincigliata is a beautiful estate in the Fiesole area, dating back to 1031 and purchased by the Graetz family in the early 1960s. Vineyards extend all around the castle, along with the winery of Bibi Graetz. Soul of an artist, painter by inclination, Bibi began to devote himself to wine in 2000. He started by taking over several old vineyards, up to today with about 50 hectares of vineyards. Bibi creates magnificent wines, with the inspiration of a great artist and the rigor of a true craftsman. Unconventional, deep and aristocratic wines. Drinking Bibi Graetz's wines is a fairytale journey, between the sacred and the profane. It starts from the aesthetic beauty of the labels - true works of art, which arise from its cheerful, surreal, sometimes provocative touch - and continues, sip after sip, with amazing grape and terroir uniqueness.
