Tasting Notes

The colour is a bright pale yellow, with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose reveals fruity notes embellished with hints of brioche and vanilla. Delicate and decisive at the same time, on the palate it expresses great freshness in a context of exquisite balance. It closes impeccably with a clean finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with first courses, pasta and risotto, based on seafood.

The Champagne Brut by Veuve Clicquot is made up of 50-60 different Crus, 50% of the blend is of pinot noir, which ensures the typical structure of the Maison wines, and completed by pinot meunier, which makes for the roundness, and by chardonnay, which gives the necessary elegance and delicacy to perfect balance. The reserve wines, used in high percentages (between 25% and 40%), guarantee the continuity of the Maison's style.
