Tasting Notes

Porpora con riflessi violacei. Aromi di fiori (garofano, rose) e frutti (lamponi, ciliegie) freschi. Al sorso è piacevolissimo, con buona freschezza e sapidità. Tannini già integrati, con chiusura fruttata elegante.

Ottimo col classico antipasto all’italiana, si abbina molto bene anche con un pollo allo spiedo o con un arrosto con le patate.

Il Beaujolais "Moulin à vent" del Domaine Philippe Pacalet è un rosso da gamay in purezza, che ci ha convinto sin dal primo assaggio per quella freschezza e quel corpo, che lo rendono un perfetto compagno per accompagnare preparazioni a base di carne o per un ricco antipasto all’italiana. Un vino molto piacevole, da non confondersi con la versione Beaujolais Nouveau (che equivale a un vino novello da gamay), molto più beverino e facile. Questo "Moulin à vent", al contrario, ci piace proprio perché riesce a equilibrare il corpo e la bevibilità tipiche del vitigno, in maniera decisamente armonica.
