Tasting Notes

Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso granato. L’insieme di profumi che si sviluppa al naso evidenzia note floreali, fruttate e speziate, che convivono in un bouquet perfetto. In bocca è di corpo pieno, rotondo, potente, con un tannino ben lavorato.

Pairing

Ottimo con la carne allo spiedo e con ricette a base di cacciagione, è da provare anche con i formaggi stagionati. Perfetto con un arrosto di vitello alle nocciole.
