Brilliant, straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, in the nose it expresses a fragrant and fruity profile, characterised by notes of apple, pear, peach and citrus. Pleasantly fresh, rich and intense on the palate. It leaves a pleasant sensation of fresh fruit on the finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with all seafood dishes. Ideal with sushi and sashimi.
