There is no shortage of original interpretations of international varieties such as Riesling, which here takes on a particularly mineral and vertical character, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to the traditional sweet wines made from botrytized grapes from the Neusiedlersee region.
