Tasting Notes

Cherry red. The nose is broad and complex; in particular, hints of small red fruits, floral notes, spicy tones and hints of noble woods stand out. On the palate it’s round and silky; the tannins are well integrated and the persistence is excellent.

Pairings

Excellent paired with red meats and aged cheeses, it also goes well with game.
