Paglierino. Fresco e profumato, con delicate note di fiori bianchi, mela, agrumi e vaniglia. Al palato è pieno, articolato, di buona persistenza.

"Unatantum" della cantina Luca Ricci è uno Chardonnay dal carattere deciso e avvolgente. Si distingue per la grande profondità e struttura, bilanciata meravigliosamente da una vivace verticalità. Le uve raccolte a mano vengono sottoposte a pigiatura soffice a grappolo intero. Il mosto ottenuto viene fatto fermentare in barrique di rovere francese di primo e secondo passaggio. Dopo 10 mesi viene imbottigliato. Un’ulteriore affinamento avviene per un periodo variabile a seconda dell’annata (da 4 a 6 mesi).
