In South Tyrol, Gewürztraminer impresses with its aromas of lychee, rosehip and sweet spices, ideal with Asian dishes or blue cheeses. Müller-Thurgau offers freshness and floral notes of elderflower, perfect as an aperitif or with light appetisers.

In Friuli Venezia Giulia, Ribolla Gialla has citrus flavours and lively acidity, excellent with raw fish and shellfish. Friulano, with its notes of bitter almond, thyme and white flowers, pairs well with fresh cheeses and typical cured meats.

Soave Classico from Veneto enchants with hints of white peach, acacia flowers and almonds, thanks to the Garganega grape grown on volcanic soils. An elegant wine that goes well with risottos and fish dishes.
