Ferrari’s “Maximum” Trento DOC is a very high quality Italian spumante with a certain smoothness and delicateness to it that is produced from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes that are then left to age on lees for approximately 36 months before one final period of aging once bottled. This bubbly is produced in the most classic of fashions and makes for an ideal introduction into the world of grace and elegance that is the Ferrari style.
