Historical winery based in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, Bisol1542 can boast 20 different plots in some of the most beautiful and scenic areas of the appellation, in those steep hills that from Valdobbiadene fade towards Conegliano. It’s a very fragmented territory, populated with small estates, so much so that the extension of each property is just over one hectare on average. This particular situation allows the Bisol family to have a thorough knowledge of the territory. They’re able to work with the utmost respect for the environment that has been handed down from father to son for generations. Gianluca Bisol, general manager of the company, summed it up this way: "We work with great passion, so that Conegliano can be considered as prestigious as Reims, Valdobbiadene as charming as Epernay and Prosecco as famous as Champagne". A care that we find in the vineyards, where Bisol1542 operates with sheer attention to every single step of the production chain, from the wine growing to the sale, from the grape to the glass. These are exceptional Proseccos, able to stand out in their production area.
