Veronese Rosso IGT “Campofiorin” 2012 - Masi: Why we like it

Masi’s “Campofiorin” Veronese Rosso IGT is a “Ripasso” style red produced using a double fermentation process that sees the wine ferment a second time on Amarone grape skins. It is then left to age in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels for 18 months giving it a bold sensory intensity. Campofiorin is a great wine with an even better quality-to-price ratio.
