This straw-coloured white wine with a greenish tinge boasts fresh and intense notes of white flowers and fruit including citrus, apple and peach. Whereas in the mouth it features a lovely fruitiness, that is at once characterised by great flavour and a prominent mineral quality.
This wine is meant to be drunk on the cooler side and pairs especially well with fish and tomato-based soups.
