Tasting Notes

Deep straw yellow in colour, in the nose it offers an elegant bouquet of acacia blossom and yellow fruit. Notes of peach and banana open up to a fresh palate with a good structure and a long, appealing finish.

Chardonnay, the grape variety that stars in the world's most famous white wines, originates from the illustrious French winegrowing region of Burgundy. It was introduced successfully into the Agro Pontino area in the province of Latina, after highly successful experimentation, and since then it has been used to enhance the ampelographic basis.
