Intense ruby red, the bouquet offers hints of red fruit jams together with aromas of myrtle, liquorice, violets and cocoa. On the palate it is elegant, dense and very long. Full-bodied with tannins perfectly integrated on the palate, the finish is highly reminiscent of the Mediterranean and very persistent.

A red wine that needs no introduction, “Vigna Pedale” has always represented all the extraordinary potential of Nero di Troia grapes and the area of Castel del Monte. Left to mature in large casks for about 13 months, it is a wine of great stature, as refine as it is full-bodied, capable of combining a marked Mediterranean character with great elegance. Already magnificent today, it can evolve to even greater heights with the passing seasons.
